El SAT presume que emiten facturas de operaciones inexistentes. Tienen 15 días hábiles para desvirtuarlo.

Qué hacer si aparece un proveedor

Si un proveedor está como presunto, sus facturas aún tienen efectos, pero conviene reunir pruebas de que la operación existió. Si queda como definitivo, tiene 30 días desde la publicación para demostrarlo ante el SAT o corregir su declaración (artículo 69-B del Código Fiscal).

Para revisar a todos sus proveedores de una vez, use la consulta de la lista negra del SAT.

Preguntas frecuentes

¿Cada cuándo publica el SAT la lista 69-B?

Varias veces al mes. El SAT publica los oficios globales en su página y, semanas después, en el Diario Oficial de la Federación. Aquí usamos la fecha de publicación en la página del SAT.

¿Qué hago si un proveedor aparece como presunto?

Reúna evidencia de que la operación existió (contratos, entregables, pagos, fotos) y vigile si queda como definitivo. Mientras sea presunto, sus facturas todavía tienen efectos.

¿Y si aparece como definitivo?

Sus facturas ya no tienen efectos fiscales. Quien las dedujo tiene 30 días desde la publicación para demostrar ante el SAT que la operación existió o corregir su situación fiscal (artículo 69-B del CFF).

¿De dónde salen los datos?

Del archivo público de la lista 69-B del SAT, que Fiscalisto descarga todos los días.

Sepa el mismo día si un proveedor cae en la lista.

Fiscalisto revisa todos los días a sus proveedores y clientes contra las listas del SAT y le avisa cuando alguno aparece.
